King Crab Season: Oct - Nov
King crab is the most prized out of all crabs due to its size and meat, and Alaskan King crab is the world's most prized harvest due to its consistent quality, high meat fill, taste, and health standards This is direct off the boat and hand selected by us for our own consumption, friends, and limited clients who want the best king crab on the market. The crab is fully-cooked and ready to eat. We freeze it at the peak of freshness, and its appearance is exceptional with its clean, bright shell and snow white meat.

Bairdi Crab Season: Dec - Mar
Do not be confused or mislead, this Is Not the Small Snow Crab (Opilio 1-2 lbs) you find at the all-you-can-eat-buffets, common restaurants, box stores, or elsewhere. This is Bairdi (Tanner), and Bairdi is considered the best tasting crab by foodies, artisan chefs, and crabbers. It is sweet, succulent, and light with a delicate texture. The harvest is usually small and limited, so those who are knowledgeable, and in-the-know about seafood, are quick to buy this crab, including Alaskans.

Opilio Crab Season: Jan - March
We catch, process, and sell this widely popular crab. It is abundant and the price point is great for entry level clients. This is the buffet, common restaurant, box store crab that most are familiar with. Great for those who need a semi-neutral flavor for sauces and seasoning, but want to advertise that you have Alaskan crab to bring in the crowds.

Alaska Wild Red King Crab is the largest and most impressive of all the crabs caught in the world, with a leg span of up to 1.8m (6 feet) and body size of up to 28cm (11 inches). The great size of the Alaska Wild King Crab makes it a truly impressive dish for a variety of attractive plate presentations. No other shellfish in the world presents a more elegant image or widespread appeal.
The Alaska Wild Red King Crab is mainly harvested in the Bristol Bay, Norton Sound, and Bering Sea areas of Alaska.
